THE MAGIC OF THE ARC AND THE SQUARE OF LIGHT: OUR DISCOVERIES IN THE PANTHEON
On September 4-5-6, as every year, at 12:40 am, the extraordinary light phenomena of the Pantheon will be seen: the Arc and the Square of Light. It will be seen also on April 6-7-8, at the same time.

The Arc of Light perfectly matches the masonry arch.

The Square of Light illuminates the Square on the floor in front of the portal.
«In front of the portal, on the outside, a Square of Light appears, perfectly matching the design of the floor: a square of Pavonazzetto marble enclosing a circle of gray granite. The architrave and the walls of the portal essentially 'cut' and rectify the contours of the Circle of light, turning it into a Square». (quote from our book)
